Mission

The Website Committee develops and maintains Summit’s website to provide communication within the congregation and the larger community.

Objectives & Aspirations

To develop and maintain a website that:

  • Will attract people outside of the Summit community.
  • Is user-friendly.
  • Is attractive.
  • Can be updated and maintained by designated users.
  • Will be a means of communication among members of the congregation.

Responsibilities

  • Determine content of the Website, its organization, and its appearance.
  • Formulate procedures for maintaining the Website.
  • Write policies for privacy, content and use of the Website.
  • Formulate measurable goals at the beginning of the year to be attained by the committee during the year.

General Goals 2021 – 2025

  1. Launch new Summit website. 
  2. Establish clear roles for members of the website once it is launched
  3. Expand Media committee with new members as needed (ex: social media expert) 
  4. Develop a Social Media department
