Mission

Provide nominations of candidates to Summit Board of Directors for subsequent congregation vote for:

• Board of Directors
• Endowment Fund Trustees and when necessary

Objectives & aspirations

• Ensure timely nominations are provided for congregational vote.

Responsibilities

• Provide nominations which represent a cross section of the congregation with respect to age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, etc.
• Provide each potential candidate nominee with a description of duties, qualifications, and responsibilities of the position, to enable each potential candidate to make an informed decision as to whether they are able/willing to accept the nomination.
