We have a beautiful vegitable garden at Summit that is part of our Children’s Religious Exploration program. Our children, youth and families plant the seeds and seedlings several times a year and then care for and harvest the bounty when its ready. The garden produce is shared with folks who attend our Sunday services and with our neighbors, who are invited to pick ripe veggies. We use organic gardening practices and choose plants based on the time of year so that we are in harmony with the natural cycles of nature in our area. Our garden activities are integrated with our Sunday morning Children’s Religious Exploration program. Join us on Sunday’s for some garden play.
