Critical Advisory Team
Mission
To develop strategies and protocols which enhance the safety and response readiness of the Summit community in the event of any critical incident.
Objectives
- To update and make available instructions for campus safety.
- To update and make available instructions for critical incident response.
- To enlist and train members of the Summit community to assume specific tasks which support the objectives of safety and incident response.
- To use practice and training opportunities in order to help the community better respond to critcal incidents.
Responsibilities
- Update Crisis Management Flow Chart,
- Update current Facility Security and Use Document guideline document,
- Create and institute a door security protocol for Sunday mornings,
- Facility greater evacuation readiness in the event of an emergency or critical incident.
