Delving into the history of Universalism helps us learn from the past as we navigate into the future of our denomination. Isaac plans on sketching out that journey while sharing some of the lesser known folks who are co-creators of our history.
From a young age Rev. Carolyn could not accept things at face value and swallow them whole. She had to ask why and how? Ultimately, this led her to a deep and lifelong commitment to Unitarian Universalism where she could become both skeptic and believer.
Covenanting is serious business for Unitarian Universalists, but where does it come from, and why do we do it? Today, we explore the history of this aspect of our coming together, and explore what it means to make this commitment to one another.
