Spiritual Practice of Mindfulness

Focusing on the importance of mindfulness as a spiritual practice and explore how stress effects our bodies and minds, and can take us away from who we really are or want to be. This will be an interactive service where she will teach us exercises and activities that help us to combat stress so we can learn to be fully present to the wonder in life and in ourselves.

Glenda Christiaens, former professor of Holistic Nursing and Integrative Medicine at BYU, University of Utah, will give an interactive and motivational talk of the health and spiritual benefits about staying in the present moment.
