Spring is traditionally a time of opening up — a time of coming out from our winter hibernation, seeing the life springing up around us, and joining in. From spring cleaning to Imbolc, from Groundhog Day to Easter, this is a time of rebirth and renewal. But renewing our faith can be difficult when we are in troubling times, when the social fabric is torn, and some institutions have failed us. We’ll look to see how we might find hope and strength by starting with the small things and starting locally.
