Rev. Dr. Andrea Travers is an interfaith minister who has worked with the incarcerated for 23 years, implementing restorative justice programs for men and women in Oregon and Southern California. In the last five years she implemented Victim Offender programs in three prisons and co-authored a Restorative Justice Reentry Prep program for San Diego County jails. Last year she started Circles of Support and Accountability (COSA) in San Diego County for men with sex offenses on conditional release from Coalinga State Hospital. She is former member of Summit UU Fellowship and was active on the Board, in the choir, and the jail ministry.
