Rev. Dr. Tom Owen-Towle The Rev. Dr. Tom Owen-Towle has been a parish minister since 1967. He was honored to have served as an interim minister at Summit for two years. Tom is the author of two dozen books on spiritual growth and social justice and will have copies available following the service.
