1. On Sunday mornings the sanctuary, greeting room, and RE doors are to be locked from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. Persons arriving between 10 and 11 will be admitted by a volunteer or staff person.
2. All doors in the sanctuary, greeting room, and RE open from the inside even when doors are locked from the outside. Just press the bar on the inside of the door. Anyone attending Sunday services may exit out any door anytime. 
3. In the event of ICE presence at Summit, the person monitoring doors and parking lot may use the 3 short whistles for ICE siting, and 3 long whistles to communicate someone being detained.
4. If the need arises to evacuate the main building, SUUF’s designated “safe relocation sites” are:

• Inside the Salon &/or the Salon patio under the Shade sail. Priority inside the salon is to be given to young children, seniors, and persons with physical disabilities. If necessary, able body adults and older youth are to go to the shade sail area if it is safe. If the salon is not safe, please proceed to one of the following two areas.
• The commercial building parking lot to the east of the Salon -8779 Cottonwood- (This is also a regular overflow parking area for anyone attending Sunday service),
• The doctor’s office parking lot to the west of the Summit property -10158 Buena Vista Ave- Five doors down to the west of Summit, on the north side of Buena Vista. 

5.  In the case of an emergency, proceed to the relocation spot which seems to be the safest area. Call 911 in the event of an emergency.     
6. For non-emergency help from the sheriff, call 1-858-868-3200. If a person is having a mental health crisis, ask sheriff dispatch for a P.E.R.T. response. (Psychiatric Emergency Response Team) Or, call the San Diego Access & Crisis line (ACL) at 888-724-7240, choose option #2 for screening for Mobile Crisis Response Team assistance. (This is a preferable option if the person might be averse to law enforcement presence.)
7. We have 6 fire extinguishers mounted and ready to use in the following areas:

• Office: Located on the wall between the office closet and the restroom door,
• Library: Located on the wall just outside of the restroom door,
• Sanctuary (2): One is located next to the side door in the south east corner of the space. The other is at the west end of the room near the sound booth, next to the west end exit door,
• RE: Located at the south end of the hallway connecting RE with the greeting room,
• Salon:  Located above the center sink, next to the wall clock.

8. We have first aid supply kits in 4 designated areas:

• Salon: mounted on the wall above the utility sink, just inside the west door.
• Office: on the shelf next to the copy machine, (Narcan spray doses also available),
• RE: mounted on the wall next to the RE restroom door,
• Sanctuary: In the west side hallway, next to the “Evacuation routes” map and networking wall.

9. Bleed control kits are located in the white box on the wall in the sanctuary, next to the choir closet door, and also at the main office first aid station next to the copier.
