A vacation is supposed to be a time when we can truly get away from our daily responsibilities for just a little while — but that is getting harder and harder to do, since our phones are in our pockets or purses and people can reach us at any time. But time away from our usual routine is critical for our mental health, our spiritual life, and our humanity. We’ll look at how we can perhaps keep good boundaries between our work and the rest of our lives, and actually enjoy some time off.
