Alan developed a love for optics and he has shared the drama of the night sky with Summit at auction star parties. “We live in the golden age of astronomy,” according to Alan.

08/18/2024 @ 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm – The Social Justice in Action Committee will host a Sunday postcard writing party/social time on August 18th after the service with drinks and pizza. Donations of postcard stamps or funds to buy them will be accepted gratefully, whether or not you can attend the party (a collection box will be available in the office).
