Health Benefits of a Whole Food, Plant-Based (WFPB) Diet Course

Western inflammatory diseases, including heart disease, cancer, and diabetes affect almost everyone on a Western diet.  However, a  whole-food plant-based diet both prevents, and heals them all far better than medical treatments.  Neal will explain the science of  preventing and reversing these diseases in this 4-week course.  One of the books covered in the course , “The China Study Solution” by Thomas Campbell, MD, is recommended if you wish to purchase a text/cookbook.  Other key texts include the following:
