Meditation – Wed., 8:30 a.m. in the Salon: Meditation is a practice, and needs to be practiced, like anything worth doing. We sit in chairs, in meditation and/or silent prayer for the concerns of our hearts or of others who have asked to be remembered. You needn’t be experienced.
