* Register Online before arriving at the auction. That way you’ll have more time for eating, drinking, and bidding!
* Purchase your Back in the Swing – Live Auction ticket Online. Once you are on the auction website, select the Buy Tickets button on the home page. The first item is the auction admission ticket. Select Add to cart, then check out once you have completed your online purchases. While you’re in the Buy Tickets tab, you can also buy admissions to Community Mixers, such as piano recitals, parties, and dancing.
* When you arrive at the auction, your first stop is Registration (beginning at 5:00 p.m.) located in the library to pick up your bidding paddle. You’ll need your paddle number to place all bids.
* Beginning at 5:00 p.m., you can go to the Salon for bidding on your favorite Silent Auction items,while enjoying hors d’oeuvres, drinks, and socializing.
* The Silent Auction bidding will close at 6:30 p.m. and the Live Auction will begin at 6:45 in the Sanctuary. Desserts and drinks will be available in the Sanctuary during the live auction.
